I bought this dress in a medium (34 weeks pregnant - 5'4\" 148lbs for reference) with the hopes it would fit well this far along in pregnancy. It was perfect. It will also double well as a nice summer dress after baby arrives, which is part of what I was looking for in a non-maternity specific dress. Would buy again.
